Do not buy off this company I received wrong orderd video evidence was sent twice, I've tried to call them for weeks no answer. They said they were sending out a replacement and collection of incorrect item, driver arrived to collect but hasn't bought my replacement so i denied collection. Ive adjed for a refund so we will wait to see what happens..

Beautiful experience loved every minute, staff were soooo accommodating my has has autism and we’d forgotten to take his noise cancelling headphones, he wasn’t too good due to the noise staff did everything possible to find him a quieter spot even sending Santa Claus into see him to make sure he didn’t miss out, and even turned down the volume for him. They said let us know next time beforehand and we can accommodate even more. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart 💜 fabulous staff & amazing steam train experience xx
