DISPICABLE!

Despite me contacting them to inform them that I was off sick after having suffered a nervous breakdown and was temporarily no longer receiving any wages (or government help), they decided to set up a direct debit without my permission and charge me £25 for "late payment".

From Great To Awful

Previously great customer service but more recently awful. I received a dodgy batch of the pic-nic flavours (the apple one had a bad taste of mint). I got asked too many questions and because I couldn’t remember which exact recipe I’d used I never got a refund or the items replaced. I’ve now found a cheaper supplier.

Incorrect quantity

I don’t know if it’s the pharmacy’s fault or the surgery’s but I keep receiving only 4 weeks supply of some of my prescriptions when I should be getting 8.

Thank you for your review.

I am sorry to hear this. I can see that the medication on your repeats list does contain different medications and these are in turn prescribed for your by your GP.

It is important to understand that Pharmacy2U is simply the conduit of your request to the surgery, you decide what you wish to have prescribed and we submit this request to the surgery on your behalf. Ultimately, it is the GP's responsibility to decide what is prescribed, they could increase/decrease your prescribed quantity or add/remove any items as they see fit.

Please be aware, the Electronic Prescription Service system does not allow screening of incoming prescriptions against the original requests, it’s a one-way system only and the volume of requests we handle does not allow this to be done in reasonable time. This means that we are currently unable to compare the prescription we receive and your request for any discrepancy, however, we will email you to confirm what medication has been prescribed and we would ask that you flag any issues such as this with your GP.

Slow Service

More than a week to dispatch a few packs of seeds is unacceptable. It was supposed to be a birthday present and it hasn't arrived in time. The website was unclear about delivery times and there wasn't even the option to pay more for a guaranteed delivery date. I would imagine that gardening accessories are quite popular gifts, I recommend that Suttons Seeds update their postage and delivery options.

Still hasn't arrived

The website stated that I would receive the order within 5 days, I placed the order on 18/12, I received an email on 20/12 that it was on its way, I still haven't received it which is pretty annoying as part of the order was supposed to be a Christmas present.
