The delivery was as promised and trouble free. What they did REALLY well was pack and secure my various items, in a substantial box, VERY professionally. I’ve not used my new toys yet, so that is to come. I had a delivery a week prior, from another supplier, where the packing was beyond disgraceful and am unlikely to use them again. Well done for employing conscientious AND caring staff, sadly not often the case these days. For context, both orders were for expensive tools for several hundreds of pounds each.

I felt that the owner of the business was committed to giving the customer a fair and hassle free experience. The online ordering process was one of the best I have experienced, making sure that you were totally happy with your choices long before asking for your dosh. The web site is also very user friendly with pictures of just about everything to help you decide. I have also shopped in the shop itself and was amazed at the amount of choice and stock that they hold.
