Quality products and excellent customer service
Joseph Joseph sell a lot of premium, well designed products. I really like everything I've bought from them. The website works well and dispatch is very quick.
Where I've had problems it's been with the company currently holding the contract for JJ's free delivery - our old friends beginning with "E". Things get damaged, delayed or lost altogether by "E" so frequently in my experience (it could be just in my area, I don't know) that I'd recommend paying the extra for premium delivery which is by a courier that actually knows what they're doing. Perhaps Joseph Joseph management might reconsider this contract with "E" for both their inefficiency as well as their exploitative staff practices - the two are related in my opinion.
Where "E" fails Joseph Joseph customer service shines. The issues I've had have been replied to by an actual human being within 24 hours, the same day in fact - not just an AI bot pretending to be a person (something which is becoming a regular frustration with many big online retailers, not to mention "E" themselves whose AI fake customer service is enough to make you lose the will to live).
Shout out to Jenny at Joseph Joseph customer service who dealt immediately with the courier problems, arranging replacements, vouchers for re-purchase, and eventually dispatching a replacement with a different courier who delivered my recent order after "E"'s repeated failures.
