Joseph Joseph sell a lot of premium, well designed products. I really like everything I've bought from them. The website works well and dispatch is very quick.
Where I've had problems it's been with the company currently holding the contract for JJ's free delivery - our old friends beginning with "E". Things get damaged, delayed or lost altogether by "E" so frequently in my experience (it could be just in my area, I don't know) that I'd recommend paying the extra for premium delivery which is by a courier that actually knows what they're doing. Perhaps Joseph Joseph management might reconsider this contract with "E" for both their inefficiency as well as their exploitative staff practices - the two are related in my opinion.
Where "E" fails Joseph Joseph customer service shines. The issues I've had have been replied to by an actual human being within 24 hours, the same day in fact - not just an AI bot pretending to be a person (something which is becoming a regular frustration with many big online retailers, not to mention "E" themselves whose AI fake customer service is enough to make you lose the will to live).
Shout out to Jenny at Joseph Joseph customer service who dealt immediately with the courier problems, arranging replacements, vouchers for re-purchase, and eventually dispatching a replacement with a different courier who delivered my recent order after "E"'s repeated failures.

Excellent products - I think the Weschenfelder burger press is the best one you can buy.
The burger mix flavourings that I bought are delicious!
And if you want to make your own sausages this looks like your one-stop shop!

From my online shopping experience of 15+ years, in two different regions, I'd rate DPD as the best courier as I've never had one single issue in all those years. There are only a couple of other companies who come close.
This is in stark contrast to some other frequently used (and frequently problematic) companies, especially the one most often used for "free delivery" whose name begins with "E" - I've learned the hard way to pay extra for DPD delivery, when that's offered, so as to avoid "E".
DPD app and SMS notifications work well. Delivery staff have always been excellent.

Mirafit offer great fitness equipment including for beginners like me.
And when the delivery courier managed to lose a package (whilst playing games about it) Mirafit customer service dispatched a replacement straight away by a different courier.
With that all cleared up I've got some great home exercise equipment, at competitive prices, backed by a reliable company.

There is no shop in London. There is no shop in Berlin (look at the .de reviews - returns are pointless, you won't get any refund). The websites for the fake shops were set up in the last two months (from whois.com).
This is a Chinese seller using a Shopify account fronted by the deceptive websites. They use the "plausible deniability" of sending "something". They are registered in Leipzig, Germany. I got scripted replies to emails I sent to the UK email addresses in German.
Items of various very small sizes have the L or XL label attached as per your order (I got shirts so small I can't even get them on that have "XL" tags sewn in). That's why delivery takes three weeks. Items have no labels at all to indicate materials or care instructions.
The items are made out of printed plastics. The items are worthless rubbish. I was going to give them to a charity shop but they're so bad they've gone into the bin.
Reading the .de German reviews, where the scam started 6 weeks before the UK facebook ads appeared, it's clear to me that there's no point attempting returns and there are no refunds. But give it a go if you want...
I feel so stupid for having been conned by this scam. I will never EVER respond to any advert on Facebook ever again - it was a line like "sadly we're closing down our shop, all the stock must go" and the website was convincing enough, I had no idea it was just a Chinese Shopify seller.
I reported them to Shopify but they'll get away with it I expect because they send "something".

Premium ingredients and utensils selected off an easy to use website. Immediate dispatch (I received my box the next day by DPD). Very well packaged. The people behind the company inspire confidence and have an ethical attitude.
That was my first purchase and definitely won't be the last.

Via Rugs.com to the UK website - I ordered two "indoor/outdoor" rugs for the deck. I paid "Flash Sale - 64% off" prices which gave good value & cheaper than most equivalent other UK offerings (I would never have paid the claimed "full price").
I'm very pleased with the quality; the colours & designs match the website; the material is not too heavy and rain should drain through ok. They look great! I'll be leaving them outside permanently until November so we'll see how they fare.

I bought my treadmill direct rather than through Amazon. Order & delivery was a seamless and well organised process.
Youtube video support is very useful (eg how to lubricate the treadmill). A query I had after taking delivery was quickly answered.
