I have ordered twice now from Planty, a mixture of mains and desserts. I would say on balance the food is great - not perfect but pretty close considering this isn't small batch cooking. It has a home cooked taste and the meals are mostly tasty and satisfying.
I felt the Chorizo Tomato Bean Bake was missing something, it tasted nice but was sloppy and didn't look like the picture. The Korean Bibimbap was delicious as was the Harissa Carrot Tagine. The Sticky Date Pudding was lovely and left me wanting more! The Beetroot Red Velvet Cake was okay though I think it would be better if I had warmed it up a bit.
Overall, I think they are great to have in the freezer if you want something quick and healthy to eat or have a vegan family member and don't know what to cook. My daughter who was vegan for several years and is now vegetarian thought they were very good.

It is very easy to order, the goods arrive simply packaged and promptly. The whole process is pleasant and the clothes themselves beautifully made.

What an awful experience trying to sign up to this was - I used their nearest competitor about 10 years ago and thought this time I'd try this instead as the matching method sounds a good idea... I answered the questions, uploaded the photos then got a few matches though all a bit distant from me, also got some nice emails but when I went to sign up I was horrified at the structure of the pricing. As 6 months is the least time you can sign up for I looked at this option, but they add £3 per month straightaway and then auto-renew at the end for 12 months! I couldn't find any reference to how you cancel a subscription when you are using it so it doesn't auto- renew and the thought of being stung for this much money when I don't even know how many people are even in my area was a big no-no. Couldn't see a contact us or easy way to access customer service either. At the most an initial month long sign up is more than sufficient for sites like this otherwise you get a bit jaded with it all - my approach was always do short sign ups and review my matches and contacts and have some time to actually get to know people and if nothing works out have a break then try another month - that way you are fresh to it. The ethos with this site seems to be longer is better but I don't agree as if the quality of the site is good and the contacts are happy and motivated then matches will happen and people will suspend their profiles - would this be bad for business? I don't think so as it would create a much nicer environment to use and even recommend rather than getting tied for a long period to a depressing merry-go-round of constant profile watching...

I liked the phone deal and it came with a free chromebook - subject to applying for it but Mobile Phones Direct Ltd don't actually send you an invoice automatically and you need this to apply for the freebie. Well, you can do it with a despatch note and order confirmation too but DPD didn't give me any despatch note. So you have to email for an invoice - and wait for customer service - surely they should provide this for a purchase without me having to ask...

Renewed as I left it too late to look though I know renewal is dearer than what I could have got. Hate the website as it’s clunky - changed something and it changed it back.
Hate the fact there is no phone number to call so you have to login again even though you go from within your account page and send an email. Yuk! Hope I don’t regret this!

Ordering was easy, price was cheapest I could find, delivery was quick and driver friendly.

Whilst I haven't driven the car yet Steve was very polite and efficient with the job done in no time.
I ordered one tyre on Sunday and it was fitted next day at 1130 am.
Will use again and recommend to others.
