Good price but poor communication and long deliver times

Good price, but took 4 weeks for delivery. Initially told 7-10 days. Poor communication regarding delay.

Would order again but don’t expect your glasses anytime soon

Sorry to hear this. We note that part 1 was on back order and the order was adjusted accordingly as per your request hence the initial delay with processing - this was processed on the 25th January.

Poor service

Went into the store for a contact lense trial. Was told that the lenses required would need ordering in and I would have to come back once they arrived. I was made an appointment for the following week. One week later, 30 mins before my appointment I was called to say that the lenses were never ordered and I would have to rearranged and come back the following week. Not very happy!
