Placed order for wide pressure fit stairgate to keep my twin Grandchildren safe, it came a couple of days earlier than expected, and was easy to fit.
My only thought was the width of the gate, it is narrow compared to a gate we had previously when keeping our own children safe.

Greeted at the door by salesman Mo, who explained the Covid rules and then explained different products available in the different ranges, then left us to wander , we did not get very far when we needed to ask a few questions, and Mo was happy to answer, he was there in the background without being intrusive which was great, and he was also aware of his other customers, we went round the store and took our time and finally sat and discussed things between ourselves, when we finally made our decision .
The paperwork was easy and we walked out with an expected delivery date which was also great to know

I ordered paint to collect, and it was ready to collect, the signage is very clear where to collect from, no one was on the desk at the time, but I spoke to a checkout operator who was not busy at the time, and she came across and got my order for me

Love my new cordless Henry, having had a corded Henry before, I was tempted away by cordless varieties, but, I got fed up with cleaning my vacuums, all the dog hair wrapped around the roller brushes and then emptying the bagless bins, etc, so when I found a cordless Henry I was intrigued, even better was the fact I could have 2 batteries and the design now carries some of the tools, as well as it is lighter to carry

This was very easy to set up, and when, I have had a couple of questions I have used the on-line chat, very good, as well as phoned and have got through immediately, as everyone else has said it does give peace of mind for family members of elderly parents, the test was very easy and the range of the alarm was good, Mum was a bit dubious about needing a careline, but was also impressed when we tested it, hopefully we won't need to use it but, it is there for that emergency.
