The woman who helped me at the desk in Rome's Termini station was very nice and helpful. She told me that if I returned my car before the prearranged date that I would be reimbursed for the unused time.
This apparently is NOT true and I was charged the full amount, but only used the car for half of the time.

Compared to other companies Rent4U is expensive, and the insurance policy options are confusing. The woman working at the desk advised me against a full coverage policy saying it is just too expensive and to just "be optimistic" that nothing would happen.

To return the car to the garage there is no one working for the company on site, so you have to send a text message via WhatsApp with photos. Which I did and no one ever responded or got my text. They had no idea I had even returned the car even though I had followed the instructions as they were indicated to me.
Totally unprofessional company that I will never use them again, especially since there are way better options and service out there.

I wish I could give this company -5 stars, they are the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! No customer service response after 3 days of no internet and calling plus texting continually. The only time I was able to chat with someone via cell phone was in order to find out how to dump this service so I can actually have functioning WiFi at home.
Save yourself the pain, money and serious hassle and avoid this company at all costs!

Do NOT use this online booking service, it is a joke!
I booked a flight and like many other reviews here received an email stating my flight would be confirmed via email shortly.
After more than 24 hours I contacted them via web chat and proceeded to wait for 70 minutes before getting through to someone.
At that point I was told that the flight was sold out even though they had taken my payment. Refund will take 10 days!

Horrible company, I hope that they will be shut down. Or at least someone else will have the sense to see any of these reviews and think twice before using their fake website.

It was fast and easy to rent my car and the personnel at the desk were extremely friendly and answered all of my questions. They even gave me a diesel car to help save on gas money for the longer trip I was taking.
Highly recommended.
