Eagerly awaited the arrival of my thick, cosy, beautifully embroidered and embellished hooded jacket.
What I received was horrible. I wouldn’t be seen out in it. Nothing like the photograph at all. Thick and cosy? No, thin shiny stuff. Can’t tell you what because there was no label and no washing instructions. Embroidered and embellished? No, a printed design that doesn’t even look three dimensional.
As for the large baggy jacket the model was wearing she must have had on three sizes bigger at least. Complete rubbish and they shouldn’t get away with deceitful photos.talk about misleading 😡😡

Purchasing the policy was easy and you would have got five stars. I realised I’d put my postcode in wrongly and there seems no easy way to change it.
I used your chat option and was to be passed to a customer service agent and I was just left waiting and waiting.
I thought I’d try My Staysure but that seems for uk customers only.
I thought I’d try Staysure Expats but that seems to just be selling policies.
There has to be a quick solution rather than calling a call centre in another country just to change my postcode.

I only placed the order because you said delivery would be in four working days. I’m going away today and my order hasn’t arrived.

I had been recommended HiFX on a Facebook group. I had transferred money from my uk bank to Spanish bank and was charged £25 every time regardless of amount and the exchange rate was poor. The money then took days to move over. With HiFX, I transferred the GBP to a UK bank so no transfer fee from my bank, a good exchange rate, money moved over quickly and HiFX never charged a fee either. Won't go past them now if I need to transfer money.
