Very comfy, only dropped a star because of the amount of times we have to turn cushions to keep there shape

Ordered and paid for item on 14th august, told on 15th it was not available, to my mind should have said this on web site. Asked for refund on Monday, was later told it would take 5 - 7 days, why when money is transferred so easily these days, now the 24th and still no refund
