Bryan Owen’s did a spectacular job. He found us home and auto policies BETTER than our previous ones and saved us $1100 annually in the process. I couldn’t be happier with his service and the outcome.

Review of Centricity

It's been a month waiting for parts with no contacts from Centricity

Our oven malfunctioned on Dec 14th. A claim was filed with Centricity on Dec 16th. Service tech came promptly, diagnosed the problem, and directed Centricity to order four parts. One part is backordered and Centricity will not give me even an estimated shipping date. We have been without an oven for a month now (during the holidays). I have called Centricity five times requesting an estimated ship date for the needed part. All five times the customer service rep promised a callback in "1-2 business days". To date, I have received ZERO callbacks and Centricity will not tell me what their process is when parts are on long-term manufacturer backorder. I have formally requested a full reimbursement for the oven, in lieu of repair. Today, Centricity promised a supervisor would call me within 24 hours. Considering recent unfulfilled promises, I'm pretty sure I'm getting a deliberate run-around to delay their obligation. We'll see.

Once it does, we will promptly schedule the installation with our technician to ensure your oven is fully repaired.

The Interhome website is well-designed…

The Interhome website is well-designed and easy to navigate. Selection was excellent and the information on each of the properties was as complete as I have seen anywhere. Once I made my selection, the booking process was quick and easy. The booking confirmation that was sent had all the information needed and more. And, to make it even better, the prices was significantly lower than it would have been had I booked the same property on a competitor's website. Thanks for a great experience.

Pretty Much What I Expected

Not much to be surprised about renting a storage locker. The office person was efficient and helpful. The process was short and sweet. I would have preferred that the website had informed me of the additional charges and payment arrangements, rather than being surprised by them when I arrived.
