We felt so reassured by texts from dispatcher and driver, and our driver was on time, and got us there on time in spite of traffic.
Just one thing: we got an email telling us who our driver would be the day before the ride, but on the day we received texts describing a totally different one…the driver was great, so it was all good anyway.

I received my book earlier than first told. The book was hard to find, and I already had a bad experience with another used bookstore. But with Thriftbooks, no problems, it arrived, in good condition. Thank you!!

The parking was perfect. Always expensive however, so I appreciate the discount from Airport Parking very much.

I loved being able to choose the day where our caviar and salmon were going to be delivered, and they came right on time.

Just received my Hill Topper...so far it is everything I expected...I live in a place that has nothing but hills, and I don't have the training to climb them on my bike. With Hill Topper, I bike everywhere now. I can climb, and still get a lot of exercise, as the Hill Topper helps me but doesn't replace me : )The only extra thing I would need:
1 - A back rack to put the battery on. I have a "woman's" bike, and the battery on the slanted crossbar is a little less stable.
2 - Advice on how to ideally combine the Hill Topper and my set of 21 gears.
I will recommend the Hill Topper, as it has the best price, and is easy to install, and does the trick!!
