We moved over to VOXI as a family and we have been generally very happy with the decision as Coverage is really good and the Plans are suitable to our needs for a very reasonable price.
The only thing we would have to rate down for is that the website/app is extremely temperamental and we regularly find ourselves being locked out, usually around VOXI Drop times and we have missed out on a few of these opportunities because of this.
Overall, happy with the service however the website really does let it down.

When we arrived at the store we were greeted and asked if we needed any help. From that moment on we were treated with respect, spoken to extremely politely, everything was explained in full detail and we walked away extremely happy with the purchase we made.

We decided to use CreditLadder to improve our credit scores because I was diagnosed with a Brain Tumour in Nov 2021 and we thought that we may need as much help as possible in the future and having been private tenants now for 10 years we have been missing out on valuable credit score updates for our rent payments.
The sign-up process was fast and very simple and it has already benefited us in the short time we've been signed up.

I placed my order at 1am as I had left it late and the item I wanted wasn't in my local store. The express delivery option I chose gave me 1-2 days to deliver and the item arrived in 1 day.
