Would give 0 if possible. Incompetent & unprofessional throughout. The police at the scene of the accident all advised each other NOT to use e-sure!! Lies were told by all members of staff to justify their unprofessionalism. If you are happy to do their job for them, go ahead! Otherwise go with reputable insurers who will do as they say. Huge waste of money to say the least!!
