Everything was clearly explained, what the process was, how, when, text confirmations - and it all happened exactly as described. No hassle. Tim (I think) took time and care so that I fully understood. It was a seamless experience.

The shorts I bought are absolutely the best I’ve ever had. They are so comfortable and easy to wash a dwear. I’ve now got three pairs and a pair in the denim material.

The fabric used for the shorts I purchased is so comfortable. There are no zips or buttons, the shorts are sufficiently stretchy to just pull them on. I loved the first pair so much, I immediately bought another 2 pairs and a pair of the stretchy denim ones. They fit well, are the perfect length and wash easily.

Great service. Easy to book and amend if necessary. Very prompt, nice guy who did the collection, very professional. Highly recommended.

The scent is beautiful though not overwhelming or overpowering. Love the fact that there are no harsh chemicals involved and you can tell that from the scent produced when using these products. Nothing “catches in the back of your throat like some cleaning products. The cloths are beautiful too. Great products all round.

I’ve been an AA Member for years but haven’t had to call on their services very often. But today I did and Michael, who came out to sort out the problem with my car, was very professional. Explained the problem and how to fix it. Thank you to Michael and AA for their excellent service.

I must thank Soak&Sleep for resolving the problem of my order that was apparently out of stock which I was unaware of at the time of purchase. I’m not sure what happened but my order arrived today and I’m very grateful for their service. In view of this I’m very happy to give them 5 stars.

Unfortunately the products I ordered are out of stock and won’t be available until the new year. Whilst I accept items do go out of stock, it should be made clearly at the time of placing the order. I didn’t receive any notification and ended up having to phone to find out what was happening to my order. It’s quite incredible to have received a request to rate my experience considering I have no products and unlikely to receive them in the foreseeable future.

So easy to get the correct cover. Online from was very easy to complete and cost is very competitive.

Very prompt delivery. Had an e-mail to say it would be delivered within a one hour window and arrived one minute after the start of the hour. Not had a chance to unpack it but confident all will be fine.

Have been buying from Cotton Traders for years and have never been disappointed. The quality of the clothes is excellent, as is the fit and delivery is great.

Delivery arrived within the stated time. Driver not particularly friendly, didn’t smile but can’t complain about the overall service. Would have been nice to get an acknowledgment to my “thank you”.

The safety of our pets is paramount. To us, they are family, beings we love and cherish but we can’t get away from the fact that our cats like to wander and explore. The Tractive system gives us confidence that wherever our boys roam, we can see very easily where they are at any time. It’s very easy to use and set up, the trackers are a bit large but very lightweight and causes no problems for our two boys. Great product and system.

The delivery and quality of the service is very good but I’m frustrated by not being able to set up an additional day. I have contacted the supplier and though they have tried to resolve this problem, it still persists. This means I have to remember to add my additional items every Monday for Tuesday delivery. Overall though I’m very happy with the service.

I’m quite new to crafting but was recommended to this site by a friend. I’ve been very impressed with the range of products available and prices. The quality of the products I’ve purchased is excellent as is the service. Thoroughly recommended!

The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because their communication needs to be improved. When I spoke to someone, they were very helpful but I had to do all the chasing to find out what was going on. Other than that, great job.

Very happy with the quote and able to have an account where I can access my policy. I would have given 5 stars but I sent through a message which they have yet to respond to - a little disappointing. But good service otherwise and competitive quite.
