Thanks to Sam, I have made a better than expected recovery from an elbow and achilles injury. He has helped restore the maximum movement and strength that I could have hoped for. Sessions are focused yet fun and he is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

The individuals I spoke to when submitting my compliant were excellent. However, the investigating officer’s verdict was disappointing to say the least. In the end, it felt like a waste of time escalating to the ombudsmen service.

I write this email whilst waiting at Barcelona Airport.

I had booked a return flight to Gatwick which was scheduled to take off at 5.30pm on the 30/07/016 - Flight number VY2047. I received confirmation of this via email from Travel up shortly after my payment.

Having arrived at the airport today, there is no 5.30pm flight to Gatwick. We have been booked on the 7.50pm! The. Vueling check in staff also could not locate our booking, we had to visit the customer service desk to get assistance having already queued at the check in area.

We have not received any notification of th change in flight time. We would have arrived at the airport at least a couple of hours later and have had to cancel a taxi at Gatwick airport. This has disrupted our plans for our return.
