On time, polite service.

Would help if the delivery driver delivered to the correct address. I got a message saying the parcel was on my 'front porch' (no photo) I don't have a porch and I was at home. Luckily I realised where he may have delivered and walked up the road about 100yds to collect from a neighbour's porch. We are both No 1's on the same road but we have different postcodes and my house clearly has my house number and name on the front of it.

Always receive a good variety of pants and socks. Can change what you receive in monthly subscription - originally had patterned pants and socks but then changed to plain pants and socks. My boys love them. Kept informed at every stage of payment and dispatch.

I have a monthly standing order for men's boxers and socks - I use these for my two sons (who luckily take the same sizes) and divide them out to put in their Christmas stockings. They have all been different and fun bright colours. Great quality and after initial hiccup have been delivered regularly with clear communication.

I love the designs and fun feel of these products. I purchased some boxers for my son (and matching ones for my eldest grandson - my son's mini me). Was pleased with the choice and patterns. Money was taken from my account straight away but no confirmation email arrived ( and yes I checked my junk mail). Tried to contact by phone - no answer, sent email enquiry - no reply. They did, however turn up 10 days after ordering and I was very happy with the quality of the product. Contact and service let them down.

I was a little disappointed when I initially received my order as one of the items sent was not as ordered. When I phone customer services the young lady I dealt with was wonderful. She said she would arrange a replacement, but then contacted me to say it was no longer in stock and asked me to choose another item. This arrived and I was delighted with it and the service.

Clearabee collected the old kitchen, cardboard boxes and other waste from my Wren kitchen installation. They had to come twice in order to take away all the rubbish. They left everything very clean and tidy!

Easy online purchase of delivery cost. Printed label at home although you can, at a small additional cost, get drop off point to print label. Dropped parcel off on a Monday evening (after that day's collection) was issued receipt with tracking number. Parcel collected Tuesday and delivered safely on Thursday!!
