I'm very pleased to have used Precision Home Improvements to supply and install my new front door. Andrew Bell operates the company and I found him a pleasure to do business with from start to completion...PRECISION - is the bench mark which Andrew works to. Accuracy and careful consideration to the project, tempered by sound advice based on long experience in the field makes the final fitting seamless and highly effective...HOME - Andrew is always mindful that he is working at your home. Very respectful and thoughtful at all levels whilst achieving a high level result. IMPROVEMENTS - Andrew only offers top quality manufacturers. This coupled with his own sense of integrity and consideration certainly leaves a high level of improvement to the home...Over time I have met installers who fall far short of Andrew Bell's business ethic and for me Precision Home Improvements represent a very welcome breath of fresh air. Highly recommended.

Postive experience

Postive experience - Costly P & P. I liked dealing with Ironmongery Direct.overall I think the item prices are fair and the range is huge. The postage costs were prohibative however, although I did get next day delivery.

I am pleased to hear that you were happy with the service that you have received from us and with the speed of your delivery.

We do use couriers for all of our deliveries which means that we are able to deliver next working day, a service that our customers have come to rely on.

We do however have another delivery option available which is the ship to shop service. This service means that we will still deliver your parcel next working day but this will be sent to a collection point of your choice. Once the parcel has arrived at the collection point you have a couple of days to collect the parcel.

This service is charged at a reduced fee so perfect for those not in urgent need of their delivery.

You wanna buy from Roboexpert.. I say No No No!

Yesterday, I made the mistake of ordering from Roboexpert before reading the appalling reviews. I bought some Stihl equipment, taken in by the very low pricing and paid through PayPal...Then I checked the reviews...OMG! So I completed their Withdrawal / Reimbursement form and sent it email. First thing today my money was paid straight back into Paypal! Phew! So - In terms of my experience I have to give 5 stars. I got my money back instantly. But from reading the same negative mantra from so many people, I think that the company should be the subject matter of BBC's Watchdog programme because how they conduct business does smack of 'sharp practice'. For myself - I can only speak as I find though and I've taught myself the old lesson...If something seems too good to be true, then it probably is. I'll check the reviews first next time.
