Ordered swing set
Ordered swing set. When it was delivered late, it was obviously a return and the wood was damaged. I requested a refund as is my statuary right and they informed me they would replace the wood. I refused this however they are still sending it. I want a REFUND. I am now contacting Trading Standards and reporting them to Amazon. They have sent a dangerous children's swing and will not accept responsibility for this. I have asked 5 times for a refund. I couldn't be clearer.
