Outstanding service …

Excellent service all items were well packaged and promptly dispatched. The packed was tracked to my door. I was kept informed at each stage of the order with it being accepted to the tracking number of dispatch.
I also appreciate the nice little touch of the packet of Haribo it’s a lovely personal touch which shows they are thinking of their customers.
The service from Cool Blades is outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone reading this review.

Too much downloading

The renewal came in I had to open and download the documents.
Then go to a form and fill in my details unfortunately I couldn’t keep the documents open and fill in the form so I had to write down the details
Then I had to save the documents not easy on a iPhone
In the end it was easier to phone them up and renew over the phone
I didn’t bother looking around my bike is off the road and the price was sub £100 so cheap enough not to worry
Renewal online does not suit everyone

Expensive

I made a switch to tails as it’s a tailor made diet and I have an obese dog.
The dogs made the switch no problem.
But I found that I had more food left at the end of the the month and the next order was due to come which means eventually means I will have to stop the order till I catch up.
My other dog was on a mixture of wet and dry food.
Again no problems with the switch the wet food looked very nice.
But the price went up so I cancelled the wet food and bought it elsewhere
Again I had too much dry food left at the end of the month.
I had some treats on order but ended up cancelling due to the price rise of the food.
I have to weight my obese dog and if there has been no improvement I will cancel the order for both dogs.
I have had the dogs on tails for a few months now so we will see.
All in all it’s very expensive if it works great if not the dogs diet will change

Fast and easy

To find what I was after was easy. Straight forward to add to the cart and checkout was easy. Conformation email was sent and I received the goods in a couple of days.
I would not of ordered if it was not for the site wide sale making the product a reasonable price

A mixed experience be prepared for a hard sell on extras

I was in a hurry to purchase a car as mine the gearbox had failed and I am the only driver in the family
I was greeted by Azher who immediately asked if he could help.
The sales staff are at the front desk waiting.
I wanted to have a look around on my own so declined, but when I had found something I was interested he helped but unfortunately it had been already been sold.
He did help me find something else I was interested in.
Which we took for a test drive and I decided to buy
Then it was please wait here and it was a wait.
Then came my negative experience the hard sell
Azher then took a very long time to try and sell me different products from free MOTs and winter preparation to paint and upholstery protection
Even though I did not want any of the products he still went through the hard sell.
This took far too long I did not want any of the products and had made this clear.
If I hadn’t of needed a car so quickly I would have left.
The hard sell was too much.
I wanted a car not any of the extras I am old enough to know what I want.
I could not pick the car up until the next day because I had to collect my old car from the garage and couldn’t cancel the insurance until then.
The next day went into collect the car and again it was a case of hurry up and wait.
Then came another attempt at an another add on an extra warranty. I only wanted to buy a car.
Eventually I got the car.
My experience was mixed yes the staff were helpful and I suppose they have to try and sell the extras. But listen to the customer if they say no then no not interested means no.
It would have been a little more helpful if things like the adblue had been explained ( I bought a diesel car) and the car had been left in Kilometres per hour not miles.
I was given a can of tyre inflator even though it was obvious that the car had had a spare at some time the screw to hold it down was still present and the container for the jack was in the boot ( no jack though)

Ask your customers if they want add on’s briefly if they say they are interested then go into more detail.
If they say NO then NO means NO
Don’t go on and on it wont change their mind if they have said no.
I’ve got the car but it was a stressful experience and I was loosing the will to live by the end

The page with my documents would not…

The page with my documents would not open.
The person I spoke to tried to blame my Apple phone saying your system wasn’t comparable.
Wrong answer I was using Android and Apple.
Your system at fault.
When I tried to call your touch tone was not working frustrating I lost patience and was pressing any key in the hope it might do something.
Young man tried to blame me phone wrong answer. Yes I had tried 3 different phones.
You system was not working correctly.
Instead of this young man trying to blame my phone and operating system and looking very stupid as more than one phone and operating system used, take onboard that your system was not working correctly and pass it along to someone with tge power to sort it out.
With both of your systems not working correctly does not install confidence.
As for your call handler I think he could do with further training

A very good experience

Ordering was easy. I was given a date for delivery, and I was updated by mail on the time it was to be delivered. I received a phone call to tell me that delivery was 10 minutes away. Delivery was about half hour earlier that said. The two delivery guys brought the tumble dryer to my back door obviously due to present circumstances they did not bring it inside. Luckily I had someone to bring it inside as unfortunately I am disabled and could not manage it myself
All in all I am very pleased with the whole process. The dryer was a really good price and I got a discount for be ex forces

Review of YuMOVE

Give them a try

I had a elderly dog who done really well on Yumove.
The effects were noticeable. Sadly I lost my friend and got a rescue from abroad.
I thought I would try him on the one a day.
Unfortunately I found the one a day kept breaking apart and I was left bits in the bag, keeping in the fridge did help but as the dog was young I did not see any effect.
I did try the tablet for nervous dogs. Sadly I seen no effect whatsoever my dog is still nervous Yucalm did nothing
I have also tried Yumove for humans.
I have a number of orthopaedic problems in my knees back and neck.
I took the tablets for a couple of months and sadly I did not find any relief.
The above might not of worked for me but might work for you.
The Yumove did work for my elderly dog with good effect.
I will use Yumove when my dog shows signs of needing them.

Pay you money you take a chance Sloppy No Customer Service

A email was sent to me within 20 minutes
The code in the text of the email was wrong and did not work.
I phoned up spoke to a woman who said reply to the email that was sent and someone would be in touch.
That was 4 days ago hmmmm don’t think they are going to phone back.
I did notice in the header of the email the reference code they gave there was different than the code they gave in the main text.
Having no response from they I entered the other code it worked.
To summarise sloppy not checking what they are typing ( luckily I spotted it)
POOR customer service as it’s non existent
Yes it’s cheaper than the dealership but will they get it right
Response to their comment they can’t emails as I had emailed them on the day and had no response.
The response to this post is empty words as they have been sent emails

The Driver made no attempt to deliver…

The Driver made no attempt to deliver the parcel. But went to place a card through the door. He was seen approaching the house without the parcel.
He made no attempt at knocking or ringing the bell but was heard by the dogs.
He was caught before he managed to drive off.
Obviously he had a tight schedule and didn’t want to waste time delivering parcels.
Pay peanuts get Monkeys
Worst experience ever from a delivery firm

Hi Ashley, apologies for the late response and sorry for the issues you have experienced with regards to this and sorry that you feel this way as we would expect all our drivers to ensure we attempt the address and not to just leave a card and driver off. There can be many reasons why the driver may have done this but obviously this is not the procedure. Thanks, Mark B

Good but slow

I have used the company for over a year and I've seen their service go down hill.
There postal service use to be very good and took about 10 days to the UK now it's about 3-4 weeks.
Most of the goods are clones and this is reflected in the price which is very good
The Customer Service is substandard to say the least. If you have a problem raise a complaint via PayPal as you won't get any joy from them
You will be fobbed off with excuse after excuse they will blame everything but themselves
In short a good company cheap products poor Customer Service ( thank goodness for PayPal protection )

Awful Customer Service

The telephone number that they supply takes you to a automated service.
Not all questions fall into the supplied selections.
You cannot request to speak to Customer Services or a real person.
You get forced in the end to use the online service to try to contact someone.
Unfortunately the link on their main page says continually busy.
If you hunt around you can eventually connect.
Then you have to type out you problem good luck
I was given a phone number from another company for Yodel
Then there was a problem even though I had a tracking number they didn't hmmmm not on their system
I spoke to a man there and he was can't help you nothing to do with us
There was a error on the address label ( missing house number ) though there was a message for me to contact them.
This man was not our problem contact the sender in Hong Kong ( that's a different story )
I tried again and got a very helpful young woman. Who said I can sort that and updated the address
I said that there was another parcel due with a similar fault
She gave me her extension number and said she would help me again and was surprised by the response I had from the man I spoke to
when the next parcel came in I tried the service online which I did not hold hope on
So I went to call the you woman again only to be told that they did not have anyone of that name and that they did not have that extension
All in all I found their automated service useless and very frustrating
Their website equally frustrating as it does not give you a option to speak as in talk to a person.
It does not supply a email address there is no simple way to get to customer service
They avoid contact with the public some of their staff are just ignorant and unhelpful and just don't want to know
