My Mom had MobileHelp for about 5 years, and it worked ok. Eventually, my Mom moved into an assisted living facility and, on the day she moved, we called to suspend service. Even though the next billing period was 6 days AFTER we called to cancel, they charged her $43 for the next billing cycle. Their absurd policy is that the service is not officially cancelled until the equipment is received. We sent the equipment back the same day we called to cancel, but I think it arrived 2 days after the start of the next billing cycle. I complained, but to no avail. The equipment is minimal, and probably worth less than the $43 that she was charged.

duffle bag arrived on time, in good shape. Cost was a bit less than a checked bag from CA to UT. However, for longer distances, lugless is more expensive than checking the bag.
