I HAVE BEEN WITH Octopus Energy, for a few years now,an so far ha nt had any problems, and their Customer service is always very helpful.

Looks very nice ,stylish and comfortable, so yes a good buy.

Yr product black spot remover was ok,so I followed d instructions an sprayed it an left it overnight, but the black spot were still there,so washed it off an sprayed it again ( it's got a very toxic smell)spots got lighter but could still see it.so used d pressure washer,and 75% of it went,but better than d spray an leave spray.

I bought d Onyko 646 AV Receiver on line,so I didn't speak to anyone,But I did also speak to a sales person in my London Croydon Store (Daniel) and he has been very helpful with Advice and other things pertaining to d AV Receiver. I will be going into the Croydon Store to buy the 6 year Guarentee as I didn't get it on line.all in all I am very satisfied with the service from your Croydon store and online messages about when it will be delivered etc.Thank You.
