I’ve been trialling Ubersuggest for a couple of months now after being disappointed with Semrush. Semrush renewed our subscription automatically and have a very devious cancellation policy.

Ubersuggest, on the other hand, couldn’t be more different. I accidentally purchased the wrong product and was immediately issued a refund — no hassle at all.

Unlike Semrush, you don’t have to buy a main plan and then pay extra for additional features. With Ubersuggest, what you see is what you get.

We’re all in business to make money, but Ubersuggest have shown that you can do it with morals and principles — something that really leaves a positive impression.

Review of Millets

Excellent service from Jan and Chrissie

I was visiting Monmouth today and popped in to the local Millets as they always have excellent quality clothing and footwear. I purchased a great pair of Merrell trainers with the help Jan. She was also able to find me some XL t shirts and Chrissie at the till made us laugh and processed our order. The staff here were attentive and quick to help and Millets score top marks for excellent customer service.

Ordered some remotes and they never…

Ordered some remotes and they never arrived. I was given a refund for the first order and then ordered again. Paid extra for delivery and their site clearly states that this is 24 hours. Myremotes never arrived in 72 hours let alone 24. I repeated emailed and asked for an update first then a refund for the express delivery which never arrived on time. My item was eventually delivered a week later and I asked for my refund and was told that it would be processed and then was told that I had to wait until delivery date had passed. The delivery date has come and gone and I have requested a refund and was told that their system wont allow them to give a refund because the items were successfully delivered or Paypal blocks their attempt to refund me the delivery charges. It amazes me how this company will risk its reputation for the sake of £15. There customer service is appalling and I would recommend you do not order from this company. Bare in mind that this company is based overseas and the items are always delayed so how they can advertise 24 hour delivery is beyond me. If you look at some of the negative reviews below (one in June this year) they state "Thank you for your comment. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

We will take your comment into account in order to improve the quality of the services provided. We will do everything necessary to avoid such situations in the future.

Obviously this is not the case and this company does not care about its customers or the service they provide. Avoid at all cost, you have been warned.

Had Checkatrade chasing me to become a…

Had Checkatrade chasing me to become a memeber for over two years and despite telling them I dont want membership and dont want topay for it they keep harassing me. Got another message this morning again despite speaking to them on the phone and them telling me that they will take me off their list. Are they that desperate to sign up new members.

Nightmare aftersales so be aware if your product is faulty

Bought a laptop from them and it was delivered next day however the laptop was not charging to 100 percent and we discharged many times until it eventually started charging to full capacity. Once the battery was fully charged it was only lasting a few hours not the 8 hours described by the manufacturer and then it would not charge fully to 100 percent and would get stuck on 92 or 93 percent. The laptop has also started freezing and becoming unresponsive. I have asked for a full refund and to return the product as faulty and they have given me the run around. Emails are being replied to by different people all the time and I am hold an average of 15 mins before speaking to someone on the phone. I emailed photos and video of the problems and after some hope from one employee received an email yesterday saying that the battery was not their problem and that it depends on the use and activity. I called to complain and was told that they will have someone come on from technical help to trouble shoot which I refused as I don't have the time to spend on the phone calling and emailing a company that advertises an easy returns policy which is anything but easy. My last email was not replied to after being told it would be and collection would be made the next day which it hasn't. Am on hold now again waiting to speak to someone. I will change feedback if our company get a refund but please be aware buying is very easy and you just need to hope you don't need aftersales service as it is a nightmare. I am still on hold and the likelihood is that it will be a fight to get a refund. I am happy to be proved wrong but judging by some of the reviews on trustpilot its seems that when things go wrong its an uphill struggle to get any kind of customer service which is such a shame considering we are in a pandemic this is very poor from a large company like this. Google review to follow as well if we dont get a refund.
