Cannot renew card online. Same as three years ago!

Been trying to renew my Disabled Person's Railcard as requested by...Railcard. The link takes me through to payment, but then I either get one of two messages. One was that I could not renew because expiry date is more than 30 days. It's not. Then it says I need age verification, which I don't need to do as it's not a 5-15 years card. Had all this hassle three years ago! Sort it out Railcard.

How awful can one company be? Data breach.

Ive been with 02 for years with no issues at all. Their website update caused all my product details to be removed from my account. No access to my device or airtime plan but i could get into my account..I wanted to pay off my device plan but could not get my details. O2 app useless. Can't even get in.
Raised issue on phone. Call centre operative could not comprehend the issue. I wanted to pay off my device plan. Got through to.almost paying and operative said their system was down. Told me my account issue was rectified and it was probably my new e-mail, you know the one I'd had for 10 years with them! The error had not been rectified.
Contacted o2 via FB messenger. TBF, they did try to get my details back and I spend ages,over the course of two days, communicating with them. They admitted, in writing, on messenger that my products had been "allocated to a new user name", but wouldn't tell me whose because of their 'data protection'. What a joke. Someone else has access to my data and maybe bank details? Could not resolve my issue.
E-mailed o2 complaints about data breach. Heard nothing back.
Phoned again and relayed my complaint and also managed to.pay off my device plan. Was told a receipt would be e-mailed in 24 hours. 5 days on.. nothing.
Got a text message with a link saying it would re-set my account. Link did not work, in fact its completely locked me out of my account now.
I left them today, thank goodness.
ICO letter on its way.

Shockingly bad website

Shockingly bad website. Going round in loops, getting thrown off. I want to close a saving account but have my old bank account linked to it. I've tried 9 times to change it to my new bank but the pages don't load, the screens clear your details and when I thought I had sorted it, I was thrown off the site. Tried it on desktop and mobile. Both equally poor.

Waste of time

Ordered some shoes. Payment went through ok. Got a tracking number after receiving a dispatch e-mail. Yodel tracker failed to load each time. 8 days after order, money refunded with no notification that goods were not arriving. What a waste of time.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Been a customer for 8 months during which time we had to make 18 hours of phone calls about a relatively minor issue they would not resolve. UW needed to recycle our smart electricity meter. However, They would NOT send an engineer and actually told us there was a moratorium (undefined timescale) on engineers of so no engineers were available at all. How bizarre...they have a legal requirement to ensure meters function.Since UW would not fix the meter, they kept (over) estimating our bills despite the fact we phoned in, e-mailed in and used the app to send our actual readings..Each time we called, they said their system had 'rejected' our readings and could not change their billing 'mid cycle'. They then agreed we could pay what we owed and then to ignore the bill as they would amend it accordingly. After they agreed to this (confirmed by e-mail) we phoned in our readings, They continued to send out inaccurate bills then sent us red bills threatening us for non payment! This has happened every month for the last 7 months. We moved suppliers yesterday. So relieved. The stress in dealing with such a company was affecting our mental health. How can they justify what is basically theft from customers and tell such lies? Shameless.

Wrong items sent. Call 'centre' totally ineffective/unavailable.

I received my delivery but was clearly not what I had ordered and paid for. It doesn't help that the orders are now receipt free so I had no way of verifying what I had received. I e-mailed Boots, no reply. Chat function disabled. I called Boots and got a really unhelpful individual that could not/would not grasp what the problem was. He told me to take the products back to the Boots store but could not offer me a resolution to my missing products. He then told me to go to the post office and post the parcel back but could not refund me. He said he could put me through to a 'manager' but I was on hold for 32 mins and got cut off! I took the box to a local store in the end and luckily a kind hearted manager sorted the issue out even though Boots.com are separate to the stores. They are equally appalled with the backlash they get after shocking service from their online partners. Apparently the call centre staff 'work' from home whilst the shop staff are all expected to customer face. Not ordering from Boots online again.

Colchester branch...cruel

Colchester branch...cruel, callous, heartless, ill-informed,

My mother was taken there overnight as she had a funeral bond. I could not access the bond for a few days as another relative had the paperwork and was on holiday. I explained this on the phone to some idiotic man who had to have EVERYTHING repeated to him. He even asked if my mother was there despite me asking him if she had been received into their 'care'. I asked, in advance, that we would like a viewing WHEN THE BOND WAS PRODUCED. Mr Callous said that 'without proof of payment I could just go in and see my mother on the MORTUARY SLAB if I wanted because i could not prove we could afford a coffin. Suffice to say the manager did not have a pleasant conversation with myself.

Travel insurance

Travel insurance - Despite my doctor being extremely OK with my common, minor, medical condition, the medical underwriter seems to think I'm not 'fit to fly' and will probably be diagnosed with something so terrible my insurance 'may be cancelled'. Thanks for making me worry. I cancelled my routine check up (thanks to you) so I can go on holiday. Also told I was 'under investigation' like a criminal. Got the impression that the 'small office' team on these cases are enjoying the 'gossip factor' of the complaint. Intrusive and unpleasant experience.
