I took delivery of the most wonderful bandanas, for 3 different family members dogs, yesterday. They look absolutely delightful. The fact that you can match the breed, the colouring plus type of coat the dog has, makes it that more special 😀. Such varied gift ideas as well. A must see, for all dog lovers xx

Hi initial hiccup of being cut off, shortly into my conversation with Neil.
Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name either but was directed to him eventually after I called back. I had been referred to Mark but Neil gave me good service and explained everything thoroughly.
One thing I would have liked to have been asked is, whether I preferred an aisle or window seat. I see that a seat has been selected for me already and don't know if that could be changed at this stage.
