No reply from customer services regarding my recent order that was damaged by being forced through my letter box just says it all really

Not happy as our delivery was damaged due to the driver shoving it through the letterbox and we were actually at home but by the time we got to the door he was gone

I ordered two units and 10 packs of dog biscuits the units never arrived only the dog biscuits and my order is saying it’s been delivered I’m really upset and will not be ordering from the the range ever again

Ordered boots for dog walking rubber boots at only £7.50 well I’ve spent a fortune on well known brands that cost a fortune but these are the best boots I’ve had by far

Beautiful dresses great fast service delivered very prompt

The wait for just a coffee is very long having to stand for a while
The way the system works especially for anyone with mobility problems really needs a rethink
Have you thought about table service as this would reduce queuing and would be far more effective
And I’m sure I’m not alone in thinking this

Our parcel was dumped in the Back garden and I’m furious as the box was partially opened and the forecast was rain
There was no card out through the letterbox to say it was left in the garden
I had left a note on my letterbox to leave with a neighbour and I never noticed my parcel in the garden until much later as I didn’t know it was there

As a small business owner who needs to be organised and needed a helpful convenient banking service, I took advice from fellow business owners and have been so happy with the service

Great bed as we looked for a super king with matching headboard for a while and found this online
Only downside was the headboard had a few rips and we didn’t notice straight away
The delivery date for the bed was cancelled twice before we eventually received it and we had the old bed removed so that was a little disappointing but the bed is brilliant and would highly recommend
Great value and well worth the price
