Order declined but money taken

I placed an order on the website which said it couldn't process my card but the money was taken right away. No confirmation email recieved. I tried to speak to someone but it's either Whatsapp or FB Messenger (both a useless chatbot and then I was ignored once it couldn't answer my question - except to try and upsell me another product.) No email, but you can telephone (because this is 1995). TL;DR They took my money but didn't process the order. They're now ignoring my comms. Avoid like the plague!

Review of Bristol Airport

Cheap flights but awful, inadequate facilities

Airport has a great range of cheap flights but that's all it has going for it. Parking is extortionate (£7 for a 10 minute drop off is outrageous) and often costs more than the flight (Bristol wanted over £100 for three days parking, outside of school holidays. I've parked my car at Heathrow for two weeks and itncost me just over £70). Security is often understaffed (there was just one security desk out of eight opened last time I flew - at peak time as well), seating is unsufficient for passengers numbers, and there are often big delays at passport control and baggage claim. The location is rubbish with a car being the only option for most people. I sometimes get the train and bus when I travel solo with no checked bags but the airport even screws you there by charging £9 one way for a 10 minute bus journey. Having to use this terrible airport is an unpleasant necessity when I want to fly nationally or short haul.

Delicious, authentic food

Food was really delicious and, while it seemed a bit pricey once we'd added rice it was well under the cost of a takeaway. The kits had to be used within three days, and since we'd ordered three recipes it meant having to eat one per day so I wouldn't order too many in one go. The mongoloan lamb and sechunan beef hotpot in particular were great. I'll definitely be ordering again!

Love these guys as Love Leggings but…

I loved these guys as Love Leggings but my orders since they rebranded have been hit and miss. They seem to constabtly discontinue leggings I like, their sizing is really inconsistent and the last pair of gym leggings I bought from them were made of some really weird non-breathable material that picked up ever hair and spec of dust nearby like a magnet. I love the leggings I still have from them but my recent few purchases have been a but rubbish, and £45 a pair is a lot to spend for something that's just gone a bit meh lately.

Fabulous company

Fabulous company! Their in-store pop ups are great and the staff are syper friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there are none local to me so I mostly order online but the curry kits are great and there's so much variety. The ability to choose your own spice level is a nice touch too and lets you try things you might otherwise avoid!

Review of Met Office

What on earth has happened to this organisation!?

The Met Office used to be fairly reliable but in the last couple of years has taken a massive dive. I won't trust them to tell me yesterday's weather. Their app just seems to be set on random and frequently updates to make it seem more accurate. You can go from a 90% chance of rain to a 10% within an hour. I have no idea what the rainfall map on the website is supposed to show since it frequently displays rain over my city when the sky is blue, or shows no rain in the county yet it's p!ssing it down outside. With all the data and funding and tech the Met Office have, it blows my mind how inaccurate their forecasts are, to the point that I've found myself rolling my eyes at their climate change pleas. Given they can't predict tomorrow's weather, I struggle to trust their predictions for decades to come. Maybe they're too focused on long term and have neglected the short term but their weather forecasts are utterly attrocious these days.

Incessant marketing once you cancel

Food is good and the recipes nice enough but if you cancel be prepared to be called, texted and written to incessantly. I tried to opt out of these irritating marketing texts only to be told there was a charge to send the opt out text. I'm not sure that's entirely legal?
