Having recently sold (and brought 4 years ago) I can honestly say Chris Fulcher and team at M&B are utterly first class! I would recommend Minors to anyone selling their most prized asset, as choosing the right agent can be a daunting task. From the valuation range(which was achieved) over to the photography being top class. They always kept us informed of all viewings, and offered sound advice based on experienced. Still amazed at the volume of viewings, and the speed of selling our house whilst achieving the price discussed!.
Personally I think other local agents should be concerned given how effective and efficient these guys are.
Kudos to all at Minor and Brady’s!

We had the pleasure of buying a very unique property through Savills(Norwich office).
From start to finish we found overall experience very pleasing, given how stressful house purchases can be. Natalie Howlett-Clarke in particular, we found to be extremely professional, diligent/courteous and all round proactive in making sure our purchase kept momentum. Would thoroughly recommend this office!

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Brian when purchasing a watch. He is very trustworthy and experienced and delivery was super quick. Overall, 10 out 10 on service and the condition of the watch was near to new(exactly as described). Perfect!

Please, please please don't use this company to Insure anything. I wouldn't even insure my wheelie bin with these clowns. Customer service is beyond a joke, plus is offshored to South Africa, and all advisors do not care or are in anyway helpful. I would go as far as to say damn right rude!
My car has been stuck in a crash repair garage for near to 4 months and still not fixed, and the garage say they are unable to source parts(even green/parts). And I've not even had one letter of correspondence form Alternative since the accident in May, so that is a red flag should you even need one.
Now going through the process with the Obudsman as its the only way to get a response.
They are cheap for a reason, and you get what you pay for.
Should be struck off by the FCA asap.

I placed my order on the 5th of April for several fairly straightforward items. In short, I haven’t received a thing. Throughout this whole process I have tried contacted customer service several times via email and phone.
The phone line is a premium number, so to date I have already spent £15 in call charges, and I have received little in the way of response to my emails. Therefore I have now handed over to PayPal to seek a refund.
I have been completely sympathetic to the current environment, however this is simply unacceptable.
This Company leaves a poor taste in a time when they should be reassuring their customer base that they are trustworthy and honest. However they are still taking orders And taking money, when they can’t complete the existing backlog.

Brought two pairs of Raybans from these guys and both times the experience was positive. Quick to deliver, correct item and 100% authentic - couldn't be happier. Why pay high street prices when you can have a better experience with sunglasses shop, and save yourself a few quid in the process.
