We are sorry to hear you have been unhappy with our service, Steve. Unfortunately we do operate a 'two hour window' for all walk in appointments. If after review we find the vehicle is going to be off road for any longer then a loan vehicle will be supplied, or we will let you know to mae alternative transport arrangements.

Whilst we do advise of a 2 hour wait time, this can of course vary on the Depot, and how busy the Workshop is at that time. We do however apologise for the inconvenience that may have been caused to you.

First visit brought clear glass after…

First visit brought clear glass after I’d sent pictures of it with black glass!
Second visit unable to fit as camper has a bike rack, Wes on the photos and told about it and when first fitter came it was on there!
Third visit fitted wrong glass
Then left for me to sort it out properly
Spoke to area manager asked to speak to his manager only to be told he was in a meeting for two days! Still waiting for him/Her to call, one star review is too good
