Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed. I visited one of your shop and had a basket full of items. I queued to pay only to be told after the lady had put everything through the til that cash was not acceptable! This was extremely embarrassing as people were waiting behind me. I had no credit cards to hand which cashier found hard to believe. There was no sign on the door or anywhere stating no cash accepted. Is this even allowed as it is legal tender? Before asking this was not even during lock down! I vowed never to go back and have told my friends about my embarrassing experience. This this is actually worth a zero rating as i wasn't even able to taste the goods!

Sadly I did not receive the goods

Sadly I did not receive the goods from Pure products. DHL claimed it had been delivered when it hadn't. We were in all day nothing received.

Love the products and so pleased I can now carry on using Pure Fibre Balance for my allergy prone mare.

Usually a great service

Usually a great service but my recent order took 2 weeks to arrive. Had to put ask for an emergency prescription request from my GP for collection.

I am sorry to hear that your order was not complete as you had expected. Upon checking your account, I can see that you submitted your request on the 08/07 and your final delivery was complete on the 14/07, 6 days later.

Even looking at your order from June, this was requested on the 03/06 and the delivery was complete on the 13/06, 10 days later.

I would like to clarify that we do work to a 10-day timescale, for this reason, we ask our patients to order around 10-12 days before they are due to run out.

Although we try to ensure the tests are delivered to the timescales set out, we are at the mercy of Royal Mail and should there be a delay with our fulfilment partners this will affect your delivery date so we encourage our customers to please leave plenty of time for your tests to arrive. There was quite a delay on item being…

There was quite a delay on item being sent out. I had to chase the doctors surgery who said the perscription was sent to Pharmacy2u immediately. Hence only 3 stars. This item was urgent.
I have now had a reply from Pharmacy2u who stated to allow up to 10 days for receipt of drugs. In my case it was 2 weeks. In future I will have to ensure my gp sends my perscriptions for meds to treat conditions that are after seeing them in their surgery are sent to a local store for collection for a speedy receipt.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing delays with your deliveries. Once a parcel is dispatched we do advise that the delivery should be with you in 2 to 3 working days, however this is an aim only and some deliveries may take longer.

As a distance home delivery Pharmacy, we do recommend requesting items needed 10 working days in advance. This will allow the time needed for your GP to send us your prescription, for us to process your order and for any unexpected delays.

Sadly only half survived. I think it was a sign of the times being delivered through Covid 19 shutdown. Some arrived worse for their travel. In the past I've had good healthy plants from Parkers.
