Fridge went out 6/14 and counting....
Fridge went out 6/14. Create a claim. by EOD Monday 6/16 no response from the assigned technician/company. Called FAH_ 6/15--they couldn't reach the contracted company and stated they(FHAW) would send them an email, and I should hear from them by EOD 6/16. I called back 6/17 becaue no contact as made, I was told one more day 6/18 no contact, 6/19 no contact. 6/20 FAHW stated they would send a referral out to another contracted company and slat4d a first appoint for today 6/24. That contractor did come out, was here for 20 minutes and we were told -they need to order a part, should be here in 7-10 days and only when the part arrives can we scheduled a repair appointment. So no fridge for going on two weeks with at least 2 weeks more before maybe they can fix the fridge. and if they can't I shudder to think how long a replacement will take, . I've spent 300 on ice and almost 600 on take out. Just ugh.
