Went to collect my Bag at stayed time…

Went to collect my Bag at stayed time from Cooplands ,member of staff was very surprised at my arrival ,wasnt expecting me to turn up ,I got the impression he had reserved the 3 items for himself ,handed me 3 items ,I doubt they amounted to what I had paid . Very disappointed

Rubbish claims of a gift voucher for…

Rubbish claims of a gift voucher for each successful referral, I did so my friend bought the policy and not even a courtesy acknowledgement to my complaint, certainly won't be recommending these again, quite the reverse
