Eli and Rachel could not do enough to make sure we got flights to fit our itinerary. We had to change dates but that was no problem and no additional cost. We only fly for leisure now but corporate travelers seriously need to look to these girls they could save your company thousands.
Review of Holidog
Firstly the joining cost went from $7 to $12 with no warning. I complained and even the person I spoke to did not know of the price increase. Also there is a problem with the site when using a mobile devise. They never passed on the sitters contact details I had to send her a copy of my payment to get her address. I tried to rate the sitter, a well deserved 5 stars and couldn't do it. I had to get an agent to upload for me in the end. Way too much hassle with Hoildog.

Our mobile website is indeed not fully optimised yet and therefore feedbacks about petsitters have to be done with a computer or with one of our operators.
Also, the fact that you have not received the details of your petsitters is indeed intriguing, as they are directly available on your account from the moment you book as well. Perhaps our e mails have ended up in your spam folder?
I will look into this directly and I apologise again that Holidog couldn't provide you with the best experience we strive to deliver.
