£5 for delivery and then £5 for returns…

£5 for delivery and then £5 for returns I don’t know how they even have any customers what a rip off. Messed up my return as well Evri haven’t come to collect and there is no information or customer service to contact on frasers website so I have no idea what to do. You have to display an option to speak to someone you are breeches consumer duty rules. I wouldn’t buy anything from here again. £10 wasted ! Avoid!

Not fixed and out of pocket £95

Arrived on time to look at washer/dryer not tumble drying. A new part was installed for £95. After a few tumble dries, the same problem arose again, so I called ARDA again, thinking the repair would be covered by warranty. The dryer needed 'another new part' at £200 which wasn't worth the repair, so I was advised to buy a new separate dryer. With the dryer still not working with the same issue, I am now out of pocket £95. ARDA knows to say that there is a 'new fault' to get out of the first repair not working, and by taking bank transfers instead of card payments, the bank cannot support refund requests. There should be clear terms on the website to avoid this scenario with future customers, as this could put some people in a vulnerable position losing on on £95 and not having a working dryer. If your white goods break out of warranty, I suggest replacing them and not repairing as I will be next time.

I'm sorry you had another issue. But as I stated when I looked for the second time, it is a totally different issue. The part replaced was and is still working. The second issue is not the same as the first, even though it still renders the dryer part non functional, it is a different part that has failed. This has nothing to do with the 1st issue, as all was working, and I cannot forsee any new problems that occur.

I ordered a few dresses from the…

I ordered a few dresses from the website to try on hoping to pick one for a wedding guest outfit. they all arrived very crumpled up and creased so they looked awful on. I didn’t realise until I set up the return they charge £6. Add the £4 delivery- it cost an extra £10. Also had an email to say it takes upto 15 days to refund. I won’t order from ax again and I regret doing so this time. Much better retailers to go to in future. Quality of items were poor too.

Used blind 2go for two homes. Just has some beautiful burnt copper Roman blinds that look absolutely stunning. Easy to measure & fit too. Came early as well so bonus!

I went online to order and the website…

I went online to order and the website was very buggy, wouldn’t add items to cart for eg.
After ordering the items we’re meant to come on Thursday but only item arrived with no email to explain why or when the test would come. For 2 days the online chat was switched off, no reply to my email or fb messenger asking where my order was so I had to ring up and order. Poor customer experience from start to finish I won’t order again.

Nottingham store- crap service and stupid returns policy

If there was a zero star I’d have picked that.
Went In store In Nottingham for some boots as I have wide feet I need to try them on. Member of staff wasn't Any help at all. I picked a £75 pair he said I should try at home as they were tight.
I realised at home the ‘leather’ was quite plasticy and not going to stretch so I took them back WITH THE RECEIPT. For the ‘manager’ to tell me they don’t do refunds on sale items. So i am left with a pointless gift card and no boots. They don’t have any that fit wide feet apart from two really ugly witchy looking things. What crap service. Not told this when I bought them and no signs are up! And they wonder why high street shopping is fading because you get a full refund if bought online!! ‘In response, your online agents I contacted me because the receipt says in small print On the back you don’t refund sale items you won’t do anything. You can’t use a receipt to justify this as your customers have already purchased the item and who on earth reads the back of the receipt?!?’

Great service at Nottingham store

We went in to see if you had the Emma mattress on display.
You didn’t but had the simba. We did a test. On your electronic bed to see what firmness mattress we needed and were recommended away from simba and shown some others.
We bought a comfy mattress and a bed from you. The service was great but let’s see how delivery and quality goes as that’s where companies fall down. I did find pricing really confusing it’s not clear or transparent how much anything is you have to ask the rep to calculate prices I much prefer knowing all my options and prices before purchasing anything.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, where do I start?!
I ordered multiple sheets of Perspex to use as furniture and dining table protectors. They came smashed and cracked. I paid extra to have the edges polished and none of the pieces were they looked appalling. It took 2 weeks for them to collect them back along with me having to make multiple phone calls and talking to staff who had no idea what customer service is re explaining the situation over and over again to get my money back. Messy and unprofessional to say they specialise in one thing and can’t even do that right!

Rubbish service, 6 weeks later still missing blinds

I ordered 12 blinds for a new house I was moving into and the delivery date was for well in time for the move date.
The blinds never came on the delivery date I was given and I had booked 2 days off as holiday to wait in for them and put them up.
I had to ring up and ask where they were to be told ‘they didn’t know.’
Some of the blinds got delivered on random days in dribs and drabs over the coming weeks without notice. No one at blinds to go seemed to care a I had a house with no blinds or curtains up with children living with me, I had wasting time off work and time ringing up to chase where my order was.
Really poor when I spent close £700 and just wanted to know when I was going to have all my blinds.
6 weeks later I’m still missing 4, I have to speak to different customer service agents all the time and explain from the beginning what’s happening to chase them up they even have he cheek to ask me to keep reminding them which ones are still missing. The company cant tell me how much of a refund they can offer for all this inconvenience until I have all the blinds! I wish I’d never ordered from them, they have dealt with the situation extremely poorly and still are to day.
The blinds themselves are lovely that’s why I’ve given 1 star. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company as they don’t deliver on time and blame the courier (which is blinds2go’s problem).
Too much hassle and stress, wish I’d not chosen them.

I stayed at Rutland Escape Lodges aka Rutland Escape lodges and whilst there I let Hoseasons know we had no electricity. Hoseasons were great at the time trying to resolve it there and then but when it came to helping me get my money back they weren't interested telling me 'they are just a booking agent' yet the park never replied to my emails etc and it was £800. Be very wary of booking through Hoseasons as they aren't interested if things go wrong! I am handling it through Abta and my bank now.

Absolutely beautiful wedding invites

Don't order your wedding invites from an expensive company. I picked one of the new designs on optimal print, 20 x invite cards for day invites and 40 flat squares in the same design as evening invites. With delivery they worked about £1.05 each the quality look and feel are stunning. Better than I expected I am so happy with the product and delivery service. If I could ask optimal to improve one thing it would be to clone a design from one design template onto another, I had to re write all the content on the evening invite style which was a pain & time consuming. You also need to be on PC doesn't work on an iPad.

Ordered a coffee table online they sent me two and charged me twice. We sent one back and put the other up and it was badly damaged! Only offered £10 gift voucher such poor customer service! The table it cheap quality and not worth the money DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! I haven't even had my refund of the extra they charged me!

Food great app is rubbish

Love the food but the app is full of Bugs. It doesn't acknowledge any changes you make like number of portions, delivery dates, pausing boxes etc. I had so many problems with this and Gousto don't care even when I sent in lots of evidence of the bug errors I got and of it not actioning my changes. Be warned! You'll have so many unwanted boxes and payments taken! Id pause boxes and come home
To a box on my doorstep with meals in we would never order and £45 taken from my account!

Perfect!

I gave zaful a go after reading mixed reviews.
I ordered a swimsuit, bikini, top & two necklaces all for under £40 inc delivery.
The items arrived a week later (amazing!) and the quality, look and fit are spot on. I'm a size 12 and a 36DD everything fit me perfect, swimwear was XL the top was a one size fits all.
I am more than pleased with my order and can't believe that some people haven't been quite so lucky. I am deffo using zaful regularly from now on.
My only points are to check if the swimwear is a thong back or not, one of mine is and didn't realise, but it's such a gorgeous bikini I don't mind
