Real Humans On Technical Support

Fantastic product backed by a equally fantastic technical support team.
I have had my system installed for three years with no problems but suddenly it would not connect to the Wiser cloud service.
Telephoned support for help not expecting too much but I was delighted to speak to a real human that was interested in helping me not a multiple-choice AI chat bot.
After a short over the phone diagnostic the technician diagnosed the fault and had it working within the hour.
That is service above and beyond what I had expected.
Highly delighted.

What A Shambles

I visited the Derby branch today (16th June 2025) and wish I had not bothered.
Got to the store at 08.58 the doors were open so went inside to be met with a member of staff who simply said, "We are not open yet wait outside".
I waited the whole two minutes and went it directly to the counter to pick up my order and spent the next five minutes waiting for someone to appear.
When they did, they were totally uninterested in me waiting until I asked if the tills were open to which they replied, "Till number 6".
I will go back to shopping elsewhere; they obviously consider customers as an inconvenience to be tolerated.

Fantastic Customer Service & Company

Outstanding customer service from a company that actually cares about its customers and keeping them.
My order arrived next day but there was a little problem with what was sent. Phoned customer service (yes actually spoke to a real person), Lynn who was so professional and committed to getting things sorted.
From my initial phone call to Lynn sorting it out took just two hours, now that's proper service.
100% recommended company and many thanks to Lynn.

Outsatandin Customer Service

Fantastic company to deal with, customer service is outstanding and the best I have delt with in any sector.
Thought I would have to wait ages on the phone, no answered in less than three minutes even though they must have had more calls than normal due to the price change and everyone like me looking for a better deal. No drama, they sorted a new lower price fix and all was done in less than ten minutes. I would not change to another supplier if you paid me to, wish I could give ten stars **********

Tesco Clubcard - Can You Trust It ?

Just had the worst experience I have ever had shopping at Tesco. Clubcard prices are prominently displayed under the product to get you to buy them and then when you check out with your Clubcard they do not honour the reduced price.
I had two members of staff arguing with me that the price was wrong, and I should look at the little price tickets not the big prominent Clubcard pricing.
What a joke and verging on dishonest practice certainly. Buyer beware !

Outstanding Service And Value

I was looking for an NVME SSD and would normally go to another high profile internet seller out of habit. Decided to do a search and up came Scan computers, I immediately remembered I had used them in the past so visited their site. Good job I did the drive was £15 cheaper and had free next day shipping. Went to place my order and things just got better they threw in a free heat sink for it.
With the free shipping and lower price I saves £22 and if I include the heat sink it was a saving of more than £30.
Placed order noon and twenty four hours later, noon next day it arrived.
Highly recommended, great value, prompt despatch from a trusted retailer.
Thanks to their great service I am now a committed customer and will be returning soon.

Bad customer service, I do not trust them.

Really bad customer service from the staff and the owner. Use to be good but perhaps not really interested in customers now they think they have made it. Ordered one piece of syphon tubing at one meter in length and received two off cuts about 450mm long. When I complained just received a torrent of abuse via e-mail from the owner. Use at your peril.

Rubish product and even wore customer service.

Lidl,

You get what you pay for, RUBBISH.

Contacted customer service over a quality / safety issue, are they interested NO !

Response must be just taken from a look up list on how to get rid of a complaining customer.

Will never use them again.

Will post a video on YouTube to warn others of the danger related to the product I purchased as I could actually cause serious injury or even death.

CROOKS,

Please don't even consider O2, the worst mobile company for billing on the planet.

I have spent two months and six phone call trying to get my money back because they took payment from my credit card when they should not have.

Probably spent three hours on the phone on hold waiting only to be told the "Cheque is in the post" and "Someone will call you back". More chance of seeing Elvis than getting anywhere with O2.

I have moved to the Three network and they are totally different, although the call centre is in India they are totally helpful and get things sorted in hours not months.

Think I will be going to the small claims court to get my money back.

Don’t go near this you will get nothing for your money.

I got billed from a US company that did not answer e-mails or calls just like the fake UK contact details.

I got a full refund from my credit card company luckily, hope you don’t have to go through this like me and other poor sods.

Buyer beware.

This is a brilliant company to deal with, customer service is 100%.

I have been purchasing from them over the last months and thy are consistently brilliant, I cannot fault them for service and quality of product.

Great prices and the next day delivery by DPD with one hour time slot is fantastic.

It is now the only company that I will purchase my home brew products from.

VARO supply Workzone Rubbish to ALDI
Purchase a Workzone Air Drill from ALDI supplied by VARO.
Supposed to give a three year warrantee, it went wrong eighteen months after purchase VARO and ALDI didn't want to know and would not honour the useless warrantee.
Customer service was abusive and totally negative.
Stay away from this company and ALDI a total waste of time.

DON'T RELY ON ANY THREE YEAR GARANTEE
The guarantee after the first year is with the supplier not ALDI, purchased an Air Drill Workzone supplied by Varo.com they would not honour the warrantee after the first twelve months and ALDI just kept saying "Take it up with them".
Don't bother with these companies, just a rip off.
Promise but don't deliver, stay away and go to reputable retailers.

LIDL Three Year Warranty Misleading

Don't get mislead about LIDL three year warrantee, you only have one years warrantee with LIDL after that it is with the manufacturer who you will have to deal with and you will have to return the item to them not your local store and this will cost you, if it's a low value item it could cost you more than the value of the item. Just spent thirty minutes asking LIDL customer services where this information is on the web site and was told that they did not publish this fact and just got the usual run around. Waste of time, worst customer satisfaction I have ever had.
