Fantastic product backed by a equally fantastic technical support team.
I have had my system installed for three years with no problems but suddenly it would not connect to the Wiser cloud service.
Telephoned support for help not expecting too much but I was delighted to speak to a real human that was interested in helping me not a multiple-choice AI chat bot.
After a short over the phone diagnostic the technician diagnosed the fault and had it working within the hour.
That is service above and beyond what I had expected.
