A very professional job!

The engineer Steve was really professional. He called me 10 mins before he arrived and explained what he would be doing. I had young children in the house and he was mindful of making a noise and leaving anything around that they could pick up. The work took a couple of hours but he was efficient and left no mess. An excellent job and great engineer

Terrible company

Terrible company!
I ordered wide leg petite jeans. My order arrived after a month yesterday and they are straight leg long. They insist they are what I ordered and that the warehouse shows they are the correct order. They offered me £4 but I won’t give up until I get a full refund

I recently purchased a ‘workshop’ that…

I recently purchased a ‘workshop’ that has taken over three weeks to build as we needed to buy extra wood. The instructions I downloaded were as useful as a chocolate teapot, nothing was labelled or matched the instructions. When we finally got it together there was a gap of 50cm between the two doors. We bought extra wood and extended the doors so they met in the middle. Pieces of the wood were warped so we gave patched up a lot of gaps.
It feels like we were given a box of scraps and had to try and piece it all together.

I wouldn’t ever buy or recommend using Billy Oh, cheap wood, badly cut and not stored adequately . I watched a YouTube video to help with putting it up and they had similar issues.

Dreadful Service

Dreadful Service! My order was sent to another place but nothing matched up. Then the collection machines weren’t working for days! Eventually after 15 mins retrying in the store the guy eventually got the machine to work

Full Refund

Hi all, I wanted to give you an update. I returned two jumpers that were ‘cashmere’ but as we know that was not the case.
I paid £27 to have them tracked and signed for to China . However 6 weeks later no response. I took photos of everything and contacted my bank and they started a claim on my behalf. I’ve now had a full refund of £72 for the jumpers. A small win and I will take the hit of the cost to return them just so Sophia Brown doesn’t pocket more of our money. Maybe if more people do this they will stop !!!!

Has anyone actually received a refund

Has anyone actually received a refund? I’ve spoken to my bank as I received a ‘not cashmere’ jumper today. They have advised me that if I don’t hear or receive a refund within 30days they will start a charge back on my debit card. I am usually very careful with online purchases but was totally scammed by the Oxford address 😳

A really positive experience. After filling out the form a consultant messaged me letting me know he was reviewing my request.
Two days later I had a message that my medication had been dispatched and it arrived the following day.
Excellent services and would use and highly recommend

Wolf and Badger’s service was excellent. Unfortunately the ring arrived and was much smaller than I expected. I was looking for a larger cocktail ring. Despite me returning the ring it was very nice and I would definitely recommend and will use again

A positive experience, read all reviews!

I ordered two departure tests for our children and four day 2 tests three weeks ago. I used Randox as it was suggested on the BA website and the best price I could find. They arrived after about a week but I expected that as there is a high demand for them.
I watched the YouTube videos and the children did the tests and then my OH drove to our nearest Dropbox which was 30 mins away. Collection of the sample was 17.00 so it was a long wait until they were collected. I received an email at 12.50pm the following day informing me Randox had received and were testing them.
I received a negative result for my daughter at 7.30pm and my son at 10.45pm.
Randox delivered on what they say, delivering results within 24hrs so we can fly today.
We have our day 2 tests for when we return from our holidays and I’m confident the process will be as smooth.
I suggest if you use Randox, order your tests in plenty of time if your need them for travel.
My only suggestion is there could be more drop boxes .

Ripped off like so many other

I have just purchased 2 tickets for the popular Peter Kaye show for next year which were sold to me for £120 each, however after the fees and vat were added the total was £325. I have emailed viagogo three times to cancel and each response does not give a reason why refunds are not given. I have also spoken to my credit card company who have said they can intervene after 30 days if I feel I was misold the tickets. I will continue to email and will keep all responses for my credit card company to use when they contact them for selling tiickets at a misleading price.
