I ordered a laptop case on a Saturday morning and was quoted 2/3 day delivery. My order then was not dispatched until the following Friday afternoon and didn't get to me until the Monday, 9 days after I had ordered it, which I then had to go and collect from a store. Delivery times were satisfactory but almost a week to dispatch an item is ridiculous. Put me off HP, most likely will not use again
