Goods are not as advertised AVOID AVOID

Do not use this company they are a scam
The items /toys are not as advertised
They ignore your emails if you do not settle for a discounted refund and keep the item
I am having to go through my card issuer to get a refund

No faulted items policy

I gave a one star , as I tried to return my granddaughters leather jacket it was marked down to £27.and coppers she loved it so we got it , we ordered late October but it was around late October /November she started to wear it
Her friend bought the same jacket , we noticed her lining in her jacket was all freyed and split , she said it did that the same week of wearing it and it happened to her friends jacket exactly the same too . So I got in touch with Shein to say the items must be faulted with the lining in both jackets to split and frey after a few weeks wear .
Shein do not want to know , they have a returns policy but not a faulted item policy and have ignored any form of responsibility . I quoted the consumer act but they do not care even though they have a UK Depot .
I normally would not complain for £27.00 sale item but when kids are saving pocket
money up to spend on Shein , cheap items or not , they should uphold an exchange or a refund .For a faulted item .
Even though I have been tempted to buy an £80 plus on a coat my self I have now decided not to because of their attitude and having no faulted item policy .
Just be careful on the bigger priced items if your buying as SHEIN do not recognize faulted items .

I have been back intouch with SHEIN after the reply to this post . I will post back to let you know the outcome come .

Shein have replied back and still refused my return and still do not have a faulted policy . What was the point of Shein on here asking me to get back in touch with them for ??? Waste of my time and theirs
Do not buy the more expensive items they do not have a faulted policy for returns if faulted items

Shein have been back in touch and happy to say a refund was giving on the faulted item thank you Shein for understanding in the end

Pricing and products v customer service

Love the products same price if not cheaper than the high street cant fault Very but they constantly send emails to take credit from you then add credit to you then take it again even though you never asked for the credit rise or the credit deduction and even though your curcumstances have never changed
I would not mind so much but they ignore emails to tell them to stop the continuous up and down of credit on your account . I do have a few things on BNPL but once finished im seriously thinking about not ordering any more as it is annoying when they take matters into their own hands and play with your credit score the way they do with out any good reason other than they CAN if they want to with out a reason and no replys to your emails as to why they do this .
They do not reply to emails and its queues up to 40 plus minutes to wait on the phone
I would not normally mind but i take great care to keep a good credit score and their constant playing with your credit does not help matters when your circumstances have not changed from the day of opening the account i have never missed a payment
The goods i give 100/100
The prices i give 100/100
Payment options i give 100/100
Customer service i give 50 /100 could be a lot better some are great some are not

You have an option to have credit limit automatically applied or you can change to be notified if a credit limit increase is available. You can also amend your limit and set it to a limit that you are happy with. We are sorry once again for this. Dress …

I ordered a dress , first using this site, it did not disappoint. the dress and quality was beautiful sadly it did not fit. I am a UK 12 but found the dress to 2 sizes to small I was not disappointed with the return either
