We came back from two and a half weeks visiting Ecuador and the Galapagos. What a superb trip it was. Arturo was enormously helpful in the planning stages and gave us good advice. The complicated sequence of pick-ups and transfers were all timely and without fault. Our guide (Gina Castillo) 'on the ground' in Ecuador was always available and was meticulous with all the arrangements. Highly recommended.

We visited Botswana for 9 days over New Year (2024/25). This is now the third trip to Africa under the guidance of Sue Praeter.
Our trip was excellent in several ways. Firstly Sue started (as previously) with "What do you want to see?". She organised for us to visit three different habitats/landscapes with correspondingly varied wildlife. The standard of the camps was superb. The internal flights with little planes (or helicopters) were extremely efficient. Transfers between camps occurred during the middle of the day and did not impact on game drives in the morning or afternoon of each day. Helpful advice prior to departure and thoughtful follow-up call afterwards. Brilliant.
All in all, excellent all round. I would thoroughly recommend Tracks.

Wex as a company and their branch in Bristol (Wex-Calumet) are consistently efficient. Their advice over the phone and in face-to-face contact is always helpful.

We have recently returned from an excellent safari to Northern Tanzania. This is now the second trip that Sue has organised for us and both have been very rewarding.
Sue planned our latest tour meticulously, starting with a careful appraisal of what we hoped to get out of the experience.
Our guide in Tanzania was outstanding-professional, well-informed, keen to share his knowledge and enthusiastic. His driving skills were phenomenal, matched only by his ability to 'read' and understand the animals so that we were able to witness a whole series of fascinating behaviours.
All the camps were well run, and all the arrangements and transfers worked well.
All in all this was another tip top safari.

A personal service from start to finish. We always felt there was somebody behind us if any arrangements in what was quite a complicated itinerary should fall through. In fact everything worked like clockwork.

I ordered a teleconverter on line for pick up in your Bristol branch. It arrived promptly and I was notified accordingly.
When I went to collect it I briefly mentioned another small item that I was looking for and the assistant was able to locate it and to put it on order. A delay was anticipated.
I was subsequently notified by phone when the item arrived in the store.
