Very bad service for customers having…

Very bad service and craftsmanship for customers having the older generation ventilation and charging crazy amount of money for parts. I understand they have the parts in stock and their dealer should also have a cut of the sale but there is no need to charge a fortune for just a controller/part. The controller(just a display)they charge for a genvex vp 515 opt is around 10200 kr with moms and they will charge 200kr for shipping!!!

Kan ikke anbefale

De var ret hurtige til at svare på mailen, selvom de ikke vil anbefale dem. Jeg købte en lænse pumpe for 5 måneder siden, da denne pumpe skulle være en marine model. Jeg åbnede motorlugen til service og fandt ud af, at der var vand i båden. Pumpen var ikke startet automatisk, da den automatiske niveauvagt ikke fungerer, det er meget vigtigt, at pumpen fungerer. Jeg var nødt til at starte det manuelt. Jeg skrev til kundeservicen, og de sagde, at jeg kan sende det tilbage, og de vil check det og se, om det kan repareres, og fortalte mig, at jeg kan købe en anden fra dem. Dette er sidste gang jeg køber fra dem.

Very bad service and they sold me a card terminal saying my old one cannot be used anymore and I was stuck in their new contract for another year.

I was told my car terminal is too old…

I was told my car terminal is too old and I will receive a new upgrade. Of course I had to say yes otherwise I couldn’t accept card payments. I wanted to accept dankort too but as bambora doesn’t accept it I had to cancel bambora and have new subscriber. I was forced to pay a cancellation fee on it as I got a new terminal which I didn’t even other in the first place.
