It took 3 weeks to deliver when supposed to be 2-3 days. When the furniture finally arrived, all the pieces were damaged or split! Very poor packaging and quality! Never again at sweeek.

If the box expires while COVID happened, you are completely done, obivously I didnt check upon the time that my box was about to expire but was trying to survive with covid, so excuse me. They don't want to help at all and just steal your money. It´s completely a Ponzi scheme.

The process was very smooth and professional, within a week my car was sold and collected. I fully recommend using Carwow.

Worst customer service, they laugh at you when they transfer to the next department and create a loop and none cares about your case.

Very poor management service, lack of interest, all interested on taking their % profit and that's all.

I ordered my kit on a Thursday morning due to be delievered next Friday, not sight of it or feedback from the courier at all being Monday night already.

Customer services have come back to me apologizing and will get the issue solved but not answers yet.

I am due to flight on Saturday to Spain, which requires a Negative PCR test on arrival, how can I achieve it with companies like CityDoc? how I am going to trust on a company like this after reading all the reviews? I am expecting the worse now...
