We needed a blackout roller blind fast! The installation video on line showed a lady installing a blind in about 3 minutes! Too good to be true, but we ordered one anyway and I prepared myself for a bit of a DIY job. Ordering was easy, delivery fast, the blind and fitments well packed, instructions clear AND I installed our blind in less than 10 minutes (taking my time and going up and down a ladder!) Could not be easier. Looks good, neat, gives the blackout we need and the mechanism works smoothly.
We will be ordering more and would recommend both the company's product and service.
