Poor communication
Package was delivered damaged, paper ream inside is also damaged, poorly packed. Notified Viking by email on Tuesday, have received an automated reply but no other communication. Quick enough to ask us for feedback, would be nice if the problems were sorted in a similar timescale.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us, I did call to discuss this with you, however I was unable to reach you.
I am so sorry to hear of the issues that you have experienced with your delivery arriving damaged, this is certainly not what we expect for our customers.
I have taken a look into this for you and can see that you emailed in to us late on the 14th April and one of my colleagues did reply to you the following morning. I do sincerely apologise if you did not receive this email.
I can see that my colleague has already fed this back to our courier DPD in regards to the damage that was sustained and I will also b passing this feedback on to our despatch team.
We do take all feedback such as this very seriously and I will ensure that the despatch team are aware of the importance of packaging all parcels securely and correctly to avoid damage in transit.
I would be more than happy to arrange a replacement for anything that has been damaged as we do not expect our customer to accept damaged goods.
