I ordered contact lenses, uploaded my prescription and paid. 24 hours later I got an email.that my order had been cancelled and my money would be refunded. No explanation or rationale, just a massive waste of my time. On the upside, Lenstore were cheaper and delivered the lenses in less than 24 hours. Every cloud....

Great price and amazing service. Ordered on a Sunday night - delivered on the Monday afternoon. Basically cheaper and faster than going to my local optician!

Easy site to use and the CD arrived in perfect order on time.

Very responsive, designing the tour pretty much as we wanted. Their ground agents were great and always available to sort out any issues.

Main drawback, couldn't book our flights so we had to do them separately (they couldn't use Air France for some reason), and still waiting to hear about a refund for one place which - no fault of Tribes - was dreadful.

Great products, delivered quickly

Great price, and good quality. The fit isn't perfect - partly because the rolled up bootliner took time to flatten. But really happy with the product for the price.

Brilliant customer service. Shortly after purchasing online to collect in store, I was contacted to say it was the last one and was reduced because of missing screws. The person was calling to let me know they would replace them all but that it might take a bit longer to collect. And even though there was nothing wrong with the item and everything fit together, it was still half price as the box was damaged.

Fast from order to delivery and quality excellent. Would like more format options for cards and some of the explanation cold be clearer. We ordered the wrong thing initially as it wasn't clear we were ordering a postcard!

Never used AO / Mobile Direct before and I'm really impressed. The price was very competitive and they were one of the few retailers to a) have the phone in stock and b) have the full range of colours. Even more impressive was that I ordered the phone in the afternoon and it was delivered the following lunchtime. No-one else could match that.

It was easy to order the skin and it arrived in double quick time too. I watched a few you tube videos to be sure of the technique and after that it was easy to apply. I also found it easy to reposition if wasn't quite straight. I was especially impressed with the quality and precision of the skin.

Easy to use and straightforward at the Post Office

I'm really keen to support Anything But Amazon but Blackwells don't make it easy. What looked like a great price is clearly the carrot to bring you in. I ordered a cook book as a present to be delivered direct - despatch within 48 hours! Hah. 8 days after despatch and 11 days after ordering. My hamper of ingredients timed to arrive simultaneously is now a box of partially perishable goods and no book. Stick with the higher price of Waterstones. At least they deliver.
