Poor customer satisfaction.

On 1/3/16 I placed an order for Joni Juice it went through RUSH49. I expected a confirmation on the order with a ship date asap, this I never received. What I did receive was an e-mail thanking me for my purchase which went through my PayPal account but no information on ship date.
On the same date I tried calling customer service no one answered.
On 1/6/16 I still heard nothing from Rush on when it would shipped now I'm getting concerned for I'm scheduled to leave for vacation on 1/11/16 and would not be returning home until sometime in March. I then called Rush's customer service and was successful in connecting. Customer service Rep could not give me a ship date so I explained my situation to the Rep and requested canceling the order and refunding my Pay Pal account. Customer Service Rep then told me she could do nothing I would have to email Customer service with request and why, they would then review and email me an answer. I received an answer almost immediately telling me they could not comply because a voucher had been activated. I did not know what they were talking about as I did not activate anything, besides what does that have to do with an order that has not shipped.
I have done business with many major companies and as long as an order has not shipped there was never an issue with canceling.
I have sent a complaint into PayPal and I am waiting for results.
I would not recommend doing business with this company at all. Very dissatisfied.

No, you are not dealing with an unscrupulous company. Your original refund request (and, because our policy is clear that, in general, we do *not* offer refunds, it remains a request) came to us outside of our 24-hour Buyer's Remorse refund policy.

This policy states that the purchase of any deal or RushPass may be refunded if the request is received within 24 hours of the time of purchase.

But, in this case, because your request falls outside of those parameters, we did not issue you a refund, but instead offered Rush49 account (site) credit for the full purchase price you paid in accordance with our clearly-state refunds policy, which can be found here:

That being said, we're glad to work with you as there seems to be some extenuating circumstances on your behalf, so this is what we can do:

If you would please go ahead and contact the merchant requesting a cancellation of your order (the RushPass voucher indicates it was used, hence it showing up as "redeemed" in our back-end system) and then forward us a confirmation email of that cancellation note, we would be able to make an exception in this case and refund you for the full purchase price you paid.
