Really awful, booked a paid "premuim" slot for 11.30 only to turn up and be told up to 2 hours , wasn't happy but turned up after over 2 hours to pick to be told " just finishing off" another 20 mins later I watch my pride and joy ( porsche) being driven out by a scruffy oil soaked overall wearing bloke with no polythene seat protector on or a paper floor mat , so a total of nearly 3 hours for " premium service" , used national tyres for years as they have always been quick , reasonably priced and looked after your car but , now I'm done , never using them again and corporate should take a good hard look, judging by the amount of garbage reviews they have

Great install from start to finish , put the incoming where asked , installer very polite and tidy , was early to appointment and boy is this internet fast , went from sky's very poor 32mbt to over 960mbt up and down .very impressed

Companies like nova tech make online shopping a pleasure , unlike Scan they deliver what you ordered when you order it , well packed and great communication , had an awful experience with scan , don't touch them , their after sales are appalling
