The ai is disabling accounts wrongly and there is no human review it is done by ai, even the appeal is done by ai.
Meta as a company need to address this and either shut off their ai until it's repaired or fix it very quickly, they need to bring in humans to do account reviews as ai is unreliable.
I lost my 15 year old account because of their ai, 15 years of memories created with friends, either fix your site or sell it to someone who knows what they are doing.
There is even news reports on the broken ai wrongly disabling peoples accounts, i hope advertisers start pulling out as the only way META will listen is if they are hit where it hurts in the pocket.

Very strange company was quite happy to give me a credit line of £460 when my monthly income was £2000 but my income recently went up to £2330 per month and they withdrew the credit line.
It seems to me this company want people who will struggle to pay so they can add charges and outrageous intrest rates, this is basically legalized loan sharking.

Also like how i had to give delivery driver a pin code that was a nice extra layer of security.

When it works it's great but 90% of things do not track and claims once declined they will not bother trying to get the cashack, you get the "cashback isn't promised" that won't wash if someone too Quidco to court as theyt are offering a incentive to use their site to purchase things and a incentive must be honored as per law.
You get the usual scripted reply about cookies, adblockers etc, i know my IT i know how cookies work i use a fresh browser where only Quidco is used so that script doesn't wash with me
Use TCB they are much better and if a claim is declined they will try to get you the cashback that is rightfully yours, i will no longer be using Quidco.

Been with Brillband for four months now so time to review them, a excellent company i'm aberaging 950mbs both up and down.
Only had one issue which got sorted quick it turned out my ethernet cable on my pc was faulty but support were fantastic and patient with me.
Still got 20 months left on my contract but i'm very happy to stay for another 20 years.

I only filled in form and decided not to proceed as they wanted a upfront fee, now they phone on a weekly basis despite me telling them i am now in contract with another provider who i'm happy with.
I do not want your service V4 so stop phoning.

internet constantly goes down, very unreliable not a week goes by without a outage, i've requested to be released from my contract.
This provider is one of the worst i've been with, they don't send you a bill before taking money, they have no customer area to log in either.
If you value your sanity then avoid this company.
Edit. Not only are they a poor provider but if you dare complain on their Facebook page they will ban you from it, this company needs to take a long hard look in the mirror at itself, they are ignoring cancellation requests too.
Edit 2 they are now holding customers to ransom.

I had to cancel due to it not being for me i felt a bit guilty as only had the trial, Jacob was fantastic he went through the different options available to me to see if anything tickled my fancy, the cancellation was straight forward.
I would however have prefered to cancel online though, maybe this is a option to consider in future you could put a small feedback box on the cancellation for for customers to give reason etc.
But overall it is top marks for me and as i said to Jacob i likely will be back in the future.

Avoid these at all costs, i'm out of contract and they refuse to cancel the agreement saying i owe the £3.00 a huge sum huh?
despite me checking bank records and proving i owe them nothing they continue to call me, my bank a liar.
I asked them to cancel and collect the item they refused and have now threatened me with debt collectors.
You can't contact them on the phone as number is invalid and they are ignoring emails too, i think they are going out of business as their website hasn't been updated for over a year either.

Should have been disconnected on 7th September 2023, spoke to someone on the 8th as was still live they promised it would cease on the 8th, today is the 9th and it is still active.
I i have another firm supposed to be connecting their service on the 11th with Giganet still being live this won't go ahead and as it it less than 3 days notice now i can't change the appointment so will be charged £60, nice one cityfibre or Giganet i will be telling the new service to invoice you as it is your fault.
Edit i did speak to someone today it appears that Cityfibre are the issue, thankyou for getting things rolling again Giganet.

First and last time i will be using this joke of a company, had to phone the store to find out what was going on as had no communication at all as to what was happening,
i phoned 20 minutes after the delivery window had expired only to be told the store had none of the items in stock, absolute joke this should all be checked before taking any payment.

Great when it works but if you get a product not as described good luck trying to get a refund as they invent some T+Cs that weren't shown before so you can't get a refund.
