★☆☆☆☆ Banned Immediately, Accused of Fraud - No Way to Appeal
Absolutely shocked and disgusted with my experience. I signed up for Vinted, excited to list a Tumi bag that I own, and within minutes of creating my account, I was permanently banned.
Vinted sent me a generic message accusing me of fraudulent activity, but they never asked for any proof of ownership or any further information. This is a complete defamation of character, as I was acting in good faith and simply trying to sell an item I legally own. Their automated system made a baseless accusation with zero investigation.
To make matters worse, there is no proper customer service. You can't speak to anyone directly. My only option was to fill out a form, which I did immediately, but I have received no response whatsoever. It's a faceless, frustrating, and unfair process.
Avoid Vinted if you value your reputation and want a platform that treats its users with basic respect. Their process is flawed, and their support is non-existent.

Amazing experience, I had a little hiccup with one of the items that I purchased from them, but when I contacted the amazing customer service, they sorted the query and sent me a replacement the next day.

Ordered a few Xmas pyjamas which some of them got delivered and some never left the warehouse and some were the wrong style.
When I tried to contact the non helpful customer service to exchange the wrong items and track the ones that were not delivered yet, I got false informations that if I return the wrong item I will get an exchange which never happened. At the end of this terrible experience I got refunded

avoid this company at all cost if you want your parcel to arrive in time.

I shop from Debenhams and get deliveries from them all the time and never ever faced this delivery problem.

The parcel was delayed due to the excuse of the driver couldn't find the address, and when I asked customer service to contact the driver or provide the driver's number to discuss the issue, customer service claimed that they don't have the driver contact details.

0 star for delivery service and 0 star for customer service

This company is a scam, they changed company name from Yankeebundles to DiscountDragon and they refused to refund me for goods I sent back to them.
Avoid at all cost

I bought a motherboard from them for £120, after a couple of days I received an email stating that the product is no longer available from their suppliers and I should pay extra (£170) if I still want it.
Do not buy from them, they don't honour their deals and they take the money from the bank and you have to contact them to sort out the mess they have made (not a free number) otherwise nobody call you
