What a waste of time and resources. They took on my case but I had to keep chasing them for information. I was passed from one inexperienced person to another. I didn’t feel they represented me at all - it’s taken them nearly 6 months to come to the conclusion that I don’t have a case even though there is cvtv clearly showing the accident. They have not explained why properly either - just sent an email after 6 months saying they had closed the case. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use them.

Kept up to date with tracking. Delivered on time by a very smiley lady, what a pleasant change.

Scam - received an email saying my dogs microchip registration had run out. I then found out that my dog is not registered with Petchip but with another company and that I already have a lifetime registration. Therefore Petchip is just trying to get money out of people who don’t check where their original microchip registration is. This is a complete scam -luckily I did check and therefore I dud not get caught up in paying unnecessarily. Dreadful company.

I really like the reminders of when to drink water etc. also the click which appears on my iPhone telling me how much longer there is to go when fasting and also the eating window information. Would be good if it linked to my apple phone but apparently it’s in its infancy so doesn’t yet.

Zoe is a really brilliant concept and is working very well for me. There are however a few things on the app that need to be sorted to give it a full 5 star rating. I am sure in time these small tweaks will be attended to. That shouldn’t put people off joining Zoe though - to have personalised feedback on one’s diet is really brilliant and I’m learning so much about how to control my blood sugars and fats as well as boosting my gut by combining different foods.

Normally this company is brilliant but on this occasion their portal simply did not work. My vet put everything through the portal as usual - medical history, invoice etc but Sainsbury’s kept saying they hadn’t received it. The vet even sent an email with the relevant docs but that didn’t work either. Many letters from Sainsburys reporting incorrectly that the vets had not sent the paperwork plus at least 4 phone calls and many weeks later the settlement arrived. Please Sainsburys get your portal working properly!!

Love the rug purchased from Ruggable although somewhat expensive. It looks great in my studio and I love the fact that I can wash it although I have not tested this out yet. Great concept and I hope to be buying more.

Very good service. The package arrived in good time and was well packed. I am impressed by the greenhouse staging for the very reasonable price. It fitted together easily, was lightweight to move around and the plants sit nicely on it. Very pleased all round.

Well, what can I say! I purchased a bunch of flowers for a friend who has recently been unwell and was so hoping the flowers would be nice and cheer her up. And I couldn’t have been more pleased. She sent me a picture of them and said they were wonderful and scented and she loved them. So thank you Bloom & Wild for being true to your word. Excellent service and delightful flowers. 💖

The wallpaper arrived quickly and well packed. Excellent choice on the website so much do that it was difficult to choose. The samples arrived quickly - would suggest A3 samples as they give a good idea of what the wallpaper before splashing out on rolls!

Ordered a couple of times from this company. Plants arrived in excellent condition and all look healthy. Well done for choosing a delivery service that looks after the plants in transit! It’s so important.

Easy to order online but when I went to collect it, the counter for collections was being used as a check out which meant I had to queue so might just as well have gone into the store to purchase.
