Ordered a knife for a gift and, for some reason after two shipping attempts, the knife did not make it. On both occasions, the carrier’s tracking site stated, "item returned to sender at senders request". For a couple of weeks, I requested for customer service to properly address the issue. When I was about to give up, Blade HQ acknowledged the error and corrected the situation. Long story short, their actions assured me they care about their customers and, more importantly, maintaining long standing relationships. Thru the process, I read some comments stating that Blade HQ does not care about their customers. My experience proved to be the complete opposite. I will rely on Blade HQ as my main knife supplier.
